The Secret of Lies by Barbara Forte Abate

I don’t know about you but I never get tired of the classic love story theme.  Boys and girls should fall in love and they should get a chance for the love to bloom … but this story has a unique twist that is closer to my heart than most.  I won’t spoil it but know when you read this that Jake is always going to be a favorite.

I really like the dialog in this story.  The interaction between the sisters is so believable you just know they are going to grow up being great friends … even though now not so much!  There are enough twists and turns in this story to keep it interesting but the author doesn’t stray too far from the main story line.  Again, just enough to be interesting.  This is a fun story to read and goes pretty quickly.  I recommend it highly.
